About La Poste
With €20 billion of turnover in 2006, the La Poste group is active in four areas: Mail (Le Courrier), Parcels and Express (GeoPost and ColiPoste), Banking (Banque Postale) and Customer services. The group La Poste is the leader in the delivery of mail in France. La Banque Postale provides adapted banking and insurance solutions to almost 29 million customers. La Poste is France’s leading employer with a total workforce of 300,000 people.
 
The problem
People are dispersed across the four divisions of the La Poste group and the IeSD (Innovation and e-Services Division), could not fully engage employees in all divisions around topics of innovation,  nobody shared competitive intelligence, and relationships with partners were not fostered in a proactive way.
