My role is to lead the international development and the positioning of the company in the emergent market of Enterprise Social Software. I'm very excited to be leading blueKiwi in becoming the leading European specialist in enterprise social software  – helping corporations to create communities, find and capture information, organize and analyze knowledge and empower their people.

Graduated from Centrale Nantes (France)
After more than a decade in web consulting and web application design, I'm now leading the product strategy of blueKiwi Software to bring social computing to the business world. My main focus is to understand how people work, learn and create together. It's a combination of technologies, social interaction design and usability, all that things that help blueKiwi software to build a product that fulfils the needs of every modern organisation.

Rob Gray, UK Country Manager

I joined blueKiwi Software at the beginning of 2008, and am responsible for the UK business. Before blueKiwi I spent 4.5 years at Microsoft where I worked as the SharePoint Product Manager, responsible for the strategy around Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Search and Collaboration solutions in the UK subsidiary.  I've also held a number of business oriented roles focusing on Organisational Strategy/Balanced Scorecard, as well as some technical roles in the areas of Business Intelligence and Database Management. Prior to Microsoft, in the good old days of the dotcom boom, I worked as a Solutions Architect on some of the UK's largest eCommerce sites. Before the year 2000, which is when I moved to the UK from South Africa, I held various consulting roles as a data and information management specialist.

Jean-Michel Vergne, VP Professional Services

I joined blueKiwi by September 2007 as VP of Professional services in order to structure, develop and manage our services organization (consulting, training, support, customer care...). My education background is Business Administration and Political Sciences. I started my career in Consulting and then HR Management at Air France.
I moved to the software industry by joining CCMX, a French company where I helped launch a new offering of Human Resource management applications before being recruited by PeopleSoft, when the Californian software vendor decided to expand into Europe. From 1993 through 1999, as the first employee hired in France, I experienced a variety of jobs including product localisation, consulting and customer services, growing the subsidiary from a 2 employee organization to a major player in the HR and ERP arena. I then worked in customer services for Meta 4 before taking pan-European roles in e-business companies : i2 Technologies (supply chain management);  Blue Martini (e-commerce); Jobpartners (e-human capital management in software as a service mode).

Leandra Choay, VP Sales France

I'm a Dutch/American national with a proven track record in business development, having worked in multicultural teams on an international level. Before joining blueKiwi, I worked at Criteo as their Sales Director for Europe, responsible for developing their sales strategy, growing the client base and hiring and training a team of Account Managers. Prior to that, I was hired by Mappy.com in order to develop the company's B2B business by selling white-label mapping and geo-localization solutions to Retailers around Europe.

Before moving to Paris, I spent two years in Tokyo as a Consultant in one of Japan's largest Executive Recruitment firms, after which I moved to Hong Kong and then to London for Easylink, a global provider of on-demand messaging and supply chain services, where I was responsible for managing Fortune 100 accounts especially in the field of banking, insurance and retail over a period of four years.
