Each phase of our community implementation methodology inlcudes specific participants and an expected outcome.

cycle: introduction then design, launch, follow up, assess, and finally expand

  •   The purpose of the Introduction Phase is to define the main characteristics of the project (identification of your needs, objectives of the communities, organisation, success metrics and macro-planning)
  • The Design Phase goal is to prototype the future usage of the software, plan the information architecture, plan the integration with existing systems and design an internal marketing plan for the project.
  • The Launch Phase is intended to officially start the enterprise social network in a pilot community. It is usually composed of a kickoff session and training workshops.
  • The Follow-Up Phase is the actual use of the system by end users, closely supported by our Professional Services team and your own internal sponsors. Special attention is given to the way people get accustomed to the product, initiate new ways of working and increase their activity. Consultants and sponsors give regular advice to sustain the ramp-up of the community.
  • The Assesment Phase consists of evaluating the success of the project from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. It is important to highlight failures and successes , expected and unexpected uses, and emerging power-users. The benefits are measured and the future expansion is planned.
